Why just hear about Jesus, when you can KNOW Jesus?
Have you ever talked about cooking or watched videos on cooking? Have you heard others stories about cooking but never actually followed a recipe and made a meal? This is what it’s like to not actually be in something.
In John chapter 15 verse 4, Jesus says “Dwell in Me and I will Dwell in you.” Many times we can hear about being in Christ. We can talk about being in Christ. We even see the results from those who remain in Christ. All of these are great, but listening to someone else’s experience is not the same as our own relationship in Christ. It is like saying you are friends with someone while never talking to them, spending time with them, or learning what they like. We all want real relationships. Why should Jesus want any less?
