Richly Blessed

[spb_text_block pb_margin_bottom=”no” pb_border_bottom=”no” width=”1/1″ el_position=”first last”]

We are richly blessed to be called the sons and daughters of God. May we rejoice knowing our new identity in Christ. Let us be confident that He is forever by our side. Jesus tells us be anxious for nothing. So do not worry about a thing. For if you do you only feed the problem and it takes longer for that problem to be resolved. People say to you don’t worry about something that might never happen. I say instead that if you worry about something it may cause it to happen because what our faith believes shall happen
… will mostly like happen. When we worry we do not have a problem believing in our worries. We never doubt about how bad a problem might be in our lives. Sadly we too often believe in them. Instead let us have faith in God. Believe in Him instead. Whose report shall we believe? For He alone is trustworthy and faithful. He has positionally delivered us from all our worries and troubles and sicknesses. All we have to do is take hold of his truth and his kindness and Faithfulness and give him all our troubles. As the lady in the song shown in this post sings so beautifully…..

“Holy Father
Holy Son
Holy Spirit”

………..

If you have allowed Jesus in to your heart and confess Him as your Lord and believe that He was raised from the dead…. You are blessed indeed!

Psalms 34:7-10,13-18
[7]The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him, And rescues them.
[8]O taste and see that the Lord is good; How blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him!
[9]O fear the Lord, you His saints; For to those who fear Him there is no want.
[10]The young lions do lack and suffer hunger; But they who seek the Lord shall not be in want of any good thing.
[13]Keep your tongue from evil And your lips from speaking deceit.
[14]Depart from evil and do good; Seek peace and pursue it.
[15]The eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous And His ears are open to their cry.
[16]The face of the Lord is against evildoers, To cut off the memory of them from the earth.
[17]The righteous cry, and the Lord hears And delivers them out of all their troubles.
[18]The Lord is near to the brokenhearted And saves those who are crushed in spirit.

Lord You are good. Thank you for all you have done and all you continue to do in our lives. You are a rewarder of those who diligently seek you.

As you are so are your sons and daughters in this world.

Boldy Approach the Throne Through Prayer

image

When prayer becomes more than a word in the bible. When prayer is just not talked about. When prayer becomes a source and necessity in life. When the words apart from me you can do nothing….is applied. When the words, Jesus is the Lord of my life affects everything. When what you say and do, line up with the word of God. Your disciples become your children and family. You will see more kids praying for kids. In all you do and say the answer is God. How great is our God. I pray this becomes more contagious that iphones, facebook, and computer games. God is real.

Operating in Dominion and Authority?

Dear Believer,

Are you operating in the Dominion and the Authority that Jesus restored to you?  Whether you were born again this morning, or have been for many years, did you know that you can walk the earth and do the same works and greater works than Jesus?  Jesus said you would be able to (John 14:12).

In Christ You Are A Force to Be Reckoned With

You can co-labor with God (1 Cor 3:9).  God wants to set His creation free of bondage, from all sickness and disease, and above all He wants to restore His relationship with man through man’s confession and belief in Jesus (Rom 10:9).  God wants to use YOU to partner with him to get all of this done!

God the Father wants you to continue what his Son Jesus showed as an example when he was walking the earth over 2,000 years ago.  Jesus has commanded us in Mark 16 and Matthew 28 to go out into the world and to preach the Gospel.  This includes demonstrating the Kingdom of Heaven, just as Jesus did.  Jesus is with you wherever you go, and He will continue to confirm his Word with signs and wonders following.   If you are waiting to be told to do this, Jesus has already told you in His Word:

Mark 16:15 (NASB)

15 And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. 16 He who has believed and has been baptized shall be saved; but he who has disbelieved shall be condemned. 17 These signs will accompany those who have believed: in My name they will cast out demons, they will speak with new tongues; 18 they will pick up serpents, and if they drink any deadly poison, it will not hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”

Maybe like me, you never understood any of this, or no one ever showed you.   Perhaps you thought it was only Jesus who was laid hands on people.  Or that only the elders of the church were responsible for praying the prayer of faith for people.

The truth is, Jesus is still the healer, but he wants to use his believers to work through them.  He wants you to go about doing good, with him, and allowing him, through you, to heal all who are oppressed by the devil, for Jesus is with you!

The truth is, you as a follower of Christ CAN change the world for the better, in Christ.  You CAN bring heaven to earth, the very thing that Jesus spoke of when he was teaching his disciples what to pray (Matthew 6:9-13).

The audio teaching below covers some key scriptures which I encourage you to study, and then act out yourself.  Only Believe.

You are amazing in God!   Let us all make a dent in this fallen world.  A lot of dents amounts to a huge impact in the destruction of the enemy’s works.  We must bring Heaven to Earth so that what you see on earth matches what it would look like in Heaven.

Let us let our lights so shine upon men, Amen? (Matthew 5:16)

Believers have Authority to Stop Evil

Jesus Himself has given us Believers the Authority to Stop Evil. (Luke 10:19).

Believing is more than believing in Jesus alone.   Believing brings responsibilities with it too.  But it’s OK, Jesus has provided all the tools you need — Jesus himself.

There is much work to be done, and people like you, who are interesting in finding out more, are few.

Christianity is so much more than what we think it is.

How long have we been going to church, worshiping the Lord, receiving the weekly message from God, congregating with other fellow believers, while at the same time believing that everything that is going on around us is just “meant to be” ?

We have experienced our own or others’ loved ones suffering or death due to sickness and disease.  We have seen atrocities on the news.  We have even blamed God for things that just aren’t right in the world.   “God…. you are God!  How are you allowing all this to happen?” we ask.

We resign yourself to the fact that things are the way they are.  As an example, we have a reason for sickness at the later years… our age.  It looks like the end times, so we figure “Oh well, the cards will fall as they may.”

In an effort to insert some logical explanation in place of the unknown truth, you might even have said “It’s OK, God’s in control.”  Not really.  On the contrary, God has assigned his believers to be landlord of the earth:

Psalm 115:16  New American Standard Bible (NASB)

The heavens are the heavens of the Lord,
But the earth He has given to the sons of men.

Below in Verse 10 it speaks for God’s Will to be done on earth as it is in heaven.  Why would Jesus have told his disciples to pray the Lord’s Prayer if it didn’t need to be prayed:

Matthew 6:10  New American Standard Bible (NASB)

Your kingdom come.

Your will be done,

On earth as it is in heaven.

This proves that God’s Will is NOT always done on earth.  This is why it was necessary Jesus to include this in the prayer.

Based on what the Word of God says, if you are a believer, you have inherited a God-given authority as joint heirs with Jesus to CHANGE every situation on earth so that it lines up with what can be found in heaven:

Luke 10:19  New American Standard Bible (NASB)

Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will injure you.

Matthew 18:18  New American Standard Bible (NASB)

Truly I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in heaven; and whatever you loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven.

If what you speak lines up with God’s Will, and you do not doubt in your heart, it shall come to pass.

If someone is suffering from a bipolar disorder, tell the bipolar to stop and leave the person in the name of Jesus.   Only believe.   Jesus has already paid for this to be done in every single situation.  And, the healing would be a sign that follows you as a believer to those who are unbelievers.

If you tell a sickness or infirmity to leave someone in the name of Jesus, and you believe (use your faith) and do not doubt in your heart that it is God’s Will to heal (see Isa 53:5;  1 Peter 2:24), the manifestation of God’s virtue will occur since it is mixed with your Faith, and results in the sick person getting healed (their body is restored and reconciled to God based on His Will.)

If you see that an area is suffering from drought and you command it to rain in the name of Jesus, and do not doubt in your heart, it shall come to pass.

From just seeing the numbers of sick in the streets and hospitals, its obvious that believers are not walking this authority out in everyday life.  They have not woken up to this fact and responsibility.  Or, if they have, they are not using it as Jesus has commanded them.   They are still reclining at the table, not knowing the truth.  They are in unbelief.

Most believers already know that their responsibility is to spread the gospel on earth.   This instruction comes from Jesus in His Great Commission, and can be found in Mark 16:15 below.  To spread the gospel is, for example, to talk to a person who does not know the Lord.  One who is lost, who is in trouble or distress, allowing the Holy Spirit to minister to that person so that they can be shown the truth, and that truth will set them free.   We all pray that they will confess with their mouth (Romans 10:9) that Jesus is Lord and become saved by the grace of God, and receive eternal life and so much more.

Mark 16:15 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.

Preaching the gospel, or Good News, is of course paramount to a lost person’s soul being saved from hell.  By believers reaching out to unbelievers of this world, the lost can receive the truth and the opportunity to receive God’s magnificent gift: Eternal life.

While Adam and Eve created a gaping chasm between man and God in the garden, Jesus’ payment for our sins on the cross re-established that relationship with God.  God loves us so much that He still had a plan for us to be able to fellowship with him.  God had a plan of our redemption even after Adam and Eve disobeyed Him by eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, which resulted in them subjugating their authority and rule over the earth to the devil, Satan.

Various scriptures in the Word show that God’s plan entailed man and woman ruling over the earth.   Above we read Psalm 115:16.   Here are some other scriptures:

Genesis 1:27-28  New American Standard Bible (NASB)

God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. 28 God blessed them; and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”

Psalm 8:5-6   New American Standard Bible (NASB)

Yet You have made him a little lower than God,

And You crown him with glory and majesty!

6 You make him to rule over the works of Your hands;

You have put all things under his feet

If you are waiting on God to tell you when to begin doing the Great Commission (Matthew 28:16-20) in an audible voice, you could be waiting a long time.  That’s because He’s already told you and gave you your mission by telling you to go make disciples of all nations!

Matthew 28:16-20 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

16 But the eleven disciples proceeded to Galilee, to the mountain which Jesus had designated. 17 When they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but some were doubtful. 18 And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

That scripture was not just meant for his disciples.   It was meant for all believers!   How do we know that?

Mark 16:17-18  New American Standard Bible (NASB)  (emphasis mine)

These signs will accompany those who have believed: in My name they will cast out demons, they will speak with new tongues; 18 they will pick up serpents, and if they drink any deadly poison, it will not hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”

So why do you wait on God?   You have all you need since the Anointed One lives in you.   Now let us get to work and allow the Holy Spirit to work through us so that God’s Will is accomplished upon this earth that you and I have been given!

Jesus is saying to you today:  “Follow Me!  Feed My Sheep!”

John 21:15-25  New American Standard Bible (NASB)  (emphasis mine)

So when they had finished breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon, son of John, do you love Me more than these?” He said to Him, “Yes, Lord; You know that I love You.” He said to him, “Tend My lambs.” 16 He said to him again a second time, “Simon, son of John, do you love Me?” He said to Him, “Yes, Lord; You know that I love You.” He said to him, “Shepherd My sheep.” 17 He said to him the third time, “Simon, son of John, do you love Me?”  Peter was grieved because He said to him the third time, “Do you love Me?” And he said to Him, “Lord, You know all things; You know that I love You.” Jesus said to him, “Tend My sheep.  18 Truly, truly, I say to you, when you were younger, you used to gird yourself and walk wherever you wished; but when you grow old, you will stretch out your hands and someone else will gird you, and bring you where you do not wish togo.” 19 Now this He said, signifying by what kind of death he would glorify God. And when He had spoken this, He said to him, “Follow Me!”20 Peter, turning around, *saw the disciple whom Jesus loved following them; the one who also had leaned back on His bosom at the supper and said, “Lord, who is the one who betrays You?” 21 So Peter seeing him *said to Jesus, “Lord, and what about this man?” 22 Jesus said to him, “If I want him to remain until I come, what is that to you? You follow Me!

Matthew 9:37-38  New American Standard Bible (NASB)

Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.  38 Therefore beseech the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest.”

Matthew 10:7-8  New American Standard Bible (NASB) (emphasis mine)

7 And as you go, preach, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’ 8 Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse thelepers, cast out demons. Freely you received, freely give.

Are YOU a Follower of Christ?   Are YOU doing what the Lord told you to do?

God Wants Your Worries

God wants your worries and your fears, ALL of them!

In 2010, the Lord spoke to me about the things that were worrying me.

He told me that it was time for me to give them to Him.   And, that once I had given them all to Him, that I must not take them back again.

Psalm 55:22

Cast your burden on the LORD, And He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved.

Matthew 11:30 “For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

How was I to give my problems to God?  Initially I thought I was not worthy.  God reminded me that I WAS of great value to Him

since He died for me.  This should be enough proof to grab hold of the fact that I WAS WORTHY and was not a bother to God for needing to give Him my problems.  After all, it was God who asked ME to give Him my worries and fears.manfear

The next thing was that I knew I could not just mentally say “Here God, here’s my financial problem.   Now you have it, and I will not let it bother me any more.”   I had to give Him all the problems I had in a physical way, just like when you go to a bank and make a deposit.  You GIVE cash to the Bank to pay off a credit card payment, and at the moment you give the teller the cash, you no longer have it.  Since they are behind the screen, you can not force them to pay you back after the deposit has been made.

Not only did God want me to give Him my worries and fears, which were after all stealing (John 10:10) my Joy and Life, but he wanted to HELP me give them to Him.  Isn’t God wonderful?

Pad and pen

1. I got a pad and a pen and listed out all of my worries and fears in no particular order.  I wrote them down as I thought of them.  God was no doubt bringing them to my remembrance.

2. I ranked them with a number, beginning with “1” being the most bothersome worry that was keeping me living without peace.   I went down the list of about 23, with the last item being “the least of my worries.” — number 23.

Index Cards

3.  I had a pack of 3 x 5″ index cards.  I decided that I would give God the biggest problem first, the one which was keeping me in the most worry.  This was ranked “1”.  I wrote on the card …. “Dear Father, this problem is about……” and I wrote it out IN FULL.   God knows the problem, he doesn’t need me to write it out in full for Him to know it.  But it was good for me to get it all “off my chest.”   I ended the one card with something similar to “Please Lord, help me with this problem.  It has been bothering me immensely.  I give it to you completely in the name of Jesus.”

The Box

4. I got a small box and wrote on the top in black marker “Property of Yahweh”.   I told God that this box was His.  Everything inside this box he truly owned.  I was serious with God on this.  He knew I meant it.  I truly wanted Him from that point onwards to own the contents of whatever I put in this box.  This was a good mental milestone,  because in my heart I knew God took my statement seriously, and would call me on the carpet on it later (enforce it) if I ever decided to let on of these 23 things bother me.

5. After I wrote out the problem on the card, I lit a candle, sat it, and the box on a chair.  It was a makeshift altar.   I prayed over the card to God, reading it out word for word, aloud.  This was the “ceremony” of giving him MY worry OVER TO HIM.

6. The key step : After finishing the reading out of the card, I put the card into the box, never to be taken out again for as long as I live.   This symbolizes that I gave the worry to God, and I must never take it back (God’s original requirement of me.)

I repeated the process of writing on an index card and dropping it in the box for about 20 days.  The final 3 items were relatively small so I gave them all three of them in one night.   To this day I have not consciously been aware of any of the items bothering me.   I still have the box, and when I had a new problem bother me a few months ago, I wrote out an index card and did the same exercise, putting it in the box.

This  box can stay with you for life, a place where you can always deposit things for God to keep and fix.   Jesus wants you to live a life in abundance, and you cannot do that worrying about things which are far smaller than God Himself.  Remember, God will not violate your Free Will.  So He will not wrestle a problem out of your arms that you are trying to control yourself.   But once you do decide to give each of your worries to Him, and you Trust Him, only then can he truly work the problem out for you.  He is not a mean God that he will not help you.  He loves you with all of his heart, and his heart is extremely large and he loves you with an extreme intensity.  He must have done to die for you.

I pray this blesses you and removes you from worry, anxiety, fear and trauma.  And, for you to be able to live a life…of abundance, thanks to our Lord Jesus.
