Faith: Don’t Stop Believin’ – Your Identity In Christ (121) – December 25 2021

2 Peter 1:1 shows that we have obtained an equal privilege of like precious faith with ourselves in and through the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ. We have received a measure of faith to use continually, not just in times of need. We used faith while we yet sinners – to believe in a God we could not see, and the salvation His Son Jesus paid for at the cross, to receive eternal life. Now born-again, we should be walking by faith and not by sight (our senses). In this episode however we begin by setting some of the foundation for future weeks on the subject. That is, after becoming one of God’s children, sons and daughters, we should use that faith to increase our trust in Him, His Word, to develop our relationship with Him, and to then represent Him more effectively on this earth as our actions have the ability, with Faith, to bring Heaven here. To turn situations around for people who do not yet know how to walk in what everyone already has.

This program covers the following scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Hebrews 11:1; Habakkuk 2:4; Romans 1:17; Ephesians 2:8; Romans 12:3; 2 Peter 1:1; 1 Corinthians 3:9; Hebrews 11:6.

You Are No Longer Who You Used to Be – Your Identity In Christ (120) – December 18 2021

This program covers the following scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): 2 Corinthians 5:14-19; Hebrews 4:12, Romans 12:2.

The Father has Delivered and Drawn Us to Himself – Your Identity In Christ (118) – December 4 2021

Colossians 1:13 says that The Father has delivered and drawn us to Himself out of the control and the dominion of darkness and has transferred us into the kingdom of the Son of His love. Ephesians 1:4 tells us that God chose us first before we chose Him. We made the choice out of our free will to accept and receive Jesus as our Savior and Lord. We also talk about how faith played a central role in our believing in a the person of Christ Jesus by faith, since we were not around to witness Him at the Cross, nor walking the earth over 2000 years ago.

This program covers the following scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Colossians 1:13-14; Romans 10;9-10; Hebrews 11:1; Galatians 3:26-28; Ephesians 1:3; Ephesians 2:4-5.

The Choice is Yours – Your Identity In Christ (117) – November 27 2021

The Lord loves you, whether you love him or reject him. He doesn’t favor one person over another since scripture says he’s no respecter of persons (Acts 10:34). There are ramifications in our daily lives, and ultimately our destiny, however, depending on whether we receive and confess Jesus as our Lord or keep on rejecting Him.

This program covers the following scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Acts 10:34; John 8:32; Prov 15:5; Acts 4:11-12; Deut 30:9-20; Matt 25:31-46; John 12:25; Rev 3:20; 2 Cor 7:10; Eph 2:8; 2 Cor 5:17; Rom 8:1-2.

Every Scripture is God-Breathed – Your Identity In Christ (116) – November 20 2021

We continue this week with how God breathed His Own Word, that He wrote the Bible and not man, with man being inspired by God to write what he heard in his heart to write. How it is critical to think like God thinks, not like we used to carnally think. How God does not change our minds, but waits for us to make the decision to give our life to Him, and receive His Son as Savior and Lord, before renewing our spirit so that we become born again, forever a new creation with the old having been buried with Christ (Romans 6:4). We also talk about using God’s Word for good purposes including conviction of sin and correction. This program covers the following scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): 2 Timothy 3:16, 1 Corinthians 2:16

Your Thoughts Decide Your Day – Your Identity In Christ (115) – November 13 2021

This week we are continuing on with the study of Proverbs 15:15 (AMPC), and the power of anxious thoughts that can encourage and reaffirm evil events in our daily lives. The power of thoughts and what you say with your tongue (Proverbs 18:21), and whether you decide to acknowledge God every day, spending time with him, walking with Him, knowing He is with you…. These things dictate how you will go through the situations in your life, and whether you will allow mountains (problems) to stay in front of you and not be cast into the sea. (Mark 11:23-25).  It is erroneous to believe that God controls everything. He obviously doesn’t because He does not violate a free will. You decided when you gave your life to Jesus.  God knew if and when you would, but He didn’t decide for you. You made that choice. The same goes for every day, and everything you do and believe while you do those things. Are we talking God with us? Are we allowing Him to flow through us? Are we taking every thought captive in obedience to Him?

This program covers the following scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Proverbs 15:15, Isaiah 55:8, Proverbs 3:5-6

Your Thoughts Becoming His Thoughts – Your Identity In Christ (114) – November 6 2021

This program focuses on how we can unknowingly be held captive to deception and lies of the devil based on our lack of studying and walking in the Truth which is the Word of God. Especially in times such as these, it is so important that we are able to know that a believer can speak to a situation to force it to line up with how it should be based on the Word of God. If the believer still thinks the way he or she used to think, then they continue to live with fear and anxiety, believing that the situation controls them instead of the situation being controlled by their declarations of God over the situation.

This program covers the following scriptures from the Amplified Classic version: John 8:32, John 8:36, John 8:44, Romans 8:2, Proverbs 14:12, Proverbs 15:15, Isaiah 55:8-9, Proverbs 3:5-6, Proverbs 12:5, 1 Corinthians 2:16.

Persisting in Battle now that the War is Over – Your Identity In Christ (113) – October 30 2021

This program reminds us of the defeat of sickness and disease, as a result of God defeating the devil and his powers of darkness by him being disarmed (Col 2:15). The devil may still have the ability to inflict  sickness and disease and other oppressive evil measures against humanity, but he has no authority to do so because of being disarmed by God in Christ, at the Cross (Col 2:15).

Now, the believer, having faith in, and using the name of Jesus, can triumph in Him over evil, by speaking God’s Word over a situation. As a result, the believer can set a person free from any work of the enemy including  sickness and disease.

We also speak about the nature of how the human race multiplies and continues to reproduce fallen human beings due to the lineage back to Adam. That is until a person decides to become born again, giving their  life over to Christ, receiving Jesus as their Savior and Lord. Their old spirit is then recreated, their lineage to the fallen human race being severed. At this point, since they are a new creation (2 Cor 5:17), their new lineage now goes back one generation to Christ Himself.

This program covers the following scriptures from the Amplified version:  Colossians 2:15, Genesis 3:6, Hebrews 1:3, Acts 10:38, Romans 5:12, Matthew 25:41, John 10:10.

Hearing from the Lord in Challenging Times – Your Identity In Christ (112) – October 23 2021

During these challenging times of sickness and disease in the world, or whatever troubles you are facing, we need to make the decision to not live in fear or worry, but to listen to God instead of moving away from him for one more day. God is always speaking to us, but are we holding a conversation with him? There is no relationship without communication. God has paid an extremely high price to allow us to be reconciled back to Him by believing in His Son Jesus and confessing him as Lord.

Jesus wants us to cast our cares upon him, no matter what the cares are. In this program we discuss the ways God speaks to us, through His Word, through His Son, and in our daily circumstances. We have a free will to decide if we will read the bible, the Truth of the Word of God. We get to decide if we will spend time with Jesus, talking to him, but also being still and knowing that He is God. The believer is supposed to live free of anxiety (Matthew 6:25). We are to be the light in this world of sickness and disease, command all forms of sickness and viruses to be gone from people’s bodies. Laying hands on the sick so that they shall recover (Mark 16:17-18). Viruses should be fleeing from us when we submit to God! (James 4:7), since all forms of sickness and disease are the oppression of the devil (Acts 10:38).

2 Cor 2:14 But thanks be to God, who always causes us to triumph in Christ and reveals the fragrance of his knowledge through us in every place.

Brothers and Sisters, Army of God… we can do ALL THINGS through Christ, who strengthens us! (Phil 4:13).
