Jesus Himself has given us Believers the Authority to Stop Evil. (Luke 10:19).
Believing is more than believing in Jesus alone. Believing brings responsibilities with it too. But it’s OK, Jesus has provided all the tools you need — Jesus himself.
There is much work to be done, and people like you, who are interesting in finding out more, are few.
Christianity is so much more than what we think it is.
How long have we been going to church, worshiping the Lord, receiving the weekly message from God, congregating with other fellow believers, while at the same time believing that everything that is going on around us is just “meant to be” ?
We have experienced our own or others’ loved ones suffering or death due to sickness and disease. We have seen atrocities on the news. We have even blamed God for things that just aren’t right in the world. “God…. you are God! How are you allowing all this to happen?” we ask.
We resign yourself to the fact that things are the way they are. As an example, we have a reason for sickness at the later years… our age. It looks like the end times, so we figure “Oh well, the cards will fall as they may.”
In an effort to insert some logical explanation in place of the unknown truth, you might even have said “It’s OK, God’s in control.” Not really. On the contrary, God has assigned his believers to be landlord of the earth:

The heavens are the heavens of the Lord,
But the earth He has given to the sons of men.
Below in Verse 10 it speaks for God’s Will to be done on earth as it is in heaven. Why would Jesus have told his disciples to pray the Lord’s Prayer if it didn’t need to be prayed:

Your kingdom come.
Your will be done,
On earth as it is in heaven.
This proves that God’s Will is NOT always done on earth. This is why it was necessary Jesus to include this in the prayer.
Based on what the Word of God says, if you are a believer, you have inherited a God-given authority as joint heirs with Jesus to CHANGE every situation on earth so that it lines up with what can be found in heaven:

Truly I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in heaven; and whatever you loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven.
If what you speak lines up with God’s Will, and you do not doubt in your heart, it shall come to pass.
If someone is suffering from a bipolar disorder, tell the bipolar to stop and leave the person in the name of Jesus. Only believe. Jesus has already paid for this to be done in every single situation. And, the healing would be a sign that follows you as a believer to those who are unbelievers.
If you tell a sickness or infirmity to leave someone in the name of Jesus, and you believe (use your faith) and do not doubt in your heart that it is God’s Will to heal (see Isa 53:5; 1 Peter 2:24), the manifestation of God’s virtue will occur since it is mixed with your Faith, and results in the sick person getting healed (their body is restored and reconciled to God based on His Will.)
If you see that an area is suffering from drought and you command it to rain in the name of Jesus, and do not doubt in your heart, it shall come to pass.
From just seeing the numbers of sick in the streets and hospitals, its obvious that believers are not walking this authority out in everyday life. They have not woken up to this fact and responsibility. Or, if they have, they are not using it as Jesus has commanded them. They are still reclining at the table, not knowing the truth. They are in unbelief.
Most believers already know that their responsibility is to spread the gospel on earth. This instruction comes from Jesus in His Great Commission, and can be found in Mark 16:15 below. To spread the gospel is, for example, to talk to a person who does not know the Lord. One who is lost, who is in trouble or distress, allowing the Holy Spirit to minister to that person so that they can be shown the truth, and that truth will set them free. We all pray that they will confess with their mouth (Romans 10:9) that Jesus is Lord and become saved by the grace of God, and receive eternal life and so much more.

And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.
Preaching the gospel, or Good News, is of course paramount to a lost person’s soul being saved from hell. By believers reaching out to unbelievers of this world, the lost can receive the truth and the opportunity to receive God’s magnificent gift: Eternal life.
While Adam and Eve created a gaping chasm between man and God in the garden, Jesus’ payment for our sins on the cross re-established that relationship with God. God loves us so much that He still had a plan for us to be able to fellowship with him. God had a plan of our redemption even after Adam and Eve disobeyed Him by eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, which resulted in them subjugating their authority and rule over the earth to the devil, Satan.
Various scriptures in the Word show that God’s plan entailed man and woman ruling over the earth. Above we read Psalm 115:16. Here are some other scriptures:

God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. 28 God blessed them; and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”

Yet You have made him a little lower than God,
And You crown him with glory and majesty!
6 You make him to rule over the works of Your hands;
You have put all things under his feet
If you are waiting on God to tell you when to begin doing the Great Commission (Matthew 28:16-20) in an audible voice, you could be waiting a long time. That’s because He’s already told you and gave you your mission by telling you to go make disciples of all nations!

16 But the eleven disciples proceeded to Galilee, to the mountain which Jesus had designated. 17 When they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but some were doubtful. 18 And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
That scripture was not just meant for his disciples. It was meant for all believers! How do we know that?

These signs will accompany those who have believed: in My name they will cast out demons, they will speak with new tongues; 18 they will pick up serpents, and if they drink any deadly poison, it will not hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
So why do you wait on God? You have all you need since the Anointed One lives in you. Now let us get to work and allow the Holy Spirit to work through us so that God’s Will is accomplished upon this earth that you and I have been given!
Jesus is saying to you today: “Follow Me! Feed My Sheep!”
