Faith: Don’t Stop Believin’ – Your Identity In Christ (121) – December 25 2021
From the moment of receiving Jesus as your Lord, you became a new creation, a new creature altogether (2 Corinthians 5:17 AMPC).

How close is your relationship with God the Father? Is anything preventing you from enjoying the relationship He paid so preciously for, even though none of us deserved being offered rescue from an eternal spiritual death? Are you able to be close in relationship with Him, or are you wary based on experiences with your earthly father? We explore the Word of God that talks about His love for us, what He has paid and done for us to be offered complete redemption, sanctification and restoration. That veil being torn so we can once again enjoy a right relationship with Him through Christ Jesus.
Colossians 1:13 says that The Father has delivered and drawn us to Himself out of the control and the dominion of darkness and has transferred us into the kingdom of the Son of His love.
The Lord loves you, whether you love him or reject him. He doesn’t favor one person over another since scripture says he’s no respecter of persons (Acts 10:34). There are ramifications in our daily lives, and ultimately our destiny, however, depending on whether we receive and confess Jesus as our Lord or keep on rejecting Him.
We continue this week with how God breathed His Own Word, that He wrote the Bible and not man, with man being inspired by God to write what he heard in his heart to write.
This week we are continuing on with the study of Proverbs 15:15 (AMPC), and the power of anxious thoughts that can encourage and reaffirm evil events in our daily lives. The power of thoughts and what you say with your tongue (Proverbs 18:21), and whether you decide to acknowledge God every day, spending time with him, walking with Him, knowing He is with you.
This program focuses on how we can unknowingly be held captive to deception and lies of the devil based on our lack of studying and walking in the Truth which is the Word of God.
This program reminds us of the defeat of sickness and disease, as a result of God defeating the devil and his powers of darkness by him being disarmed (Col 2:15). The devil may still have the ability to inflict sickness and disease and other oppressive evil measures against humanity, but he has no authority to do so because of being disarmed by God in Christ, at the Cross (Col 2:15).
During these challenging times of sickness and disease in the world, or whatever troubles you are facing, we need to make the decision to not live in fear or worry, but to listen to God instead of moving away from him for one more day. God is always speaking to us, but are we holding a conversation with him? There is no relationship without communication. God has paid an extremely high price to allow us to be reconciled back to Him by believing in His Son Jesus and confessing him as Lord.
